60g of butter
1/4 cup of castor sugar
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 tablespoon of milk
1/4 cup white chocolate bits
1/4 cup dark chocolate bits
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 1 baking trays with baking paper.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl until pale and creamy.
Add egg and mix until well combined.
Add flour and baking powder over butter mixture.
Add milk and stir until just combined.
